By using Versoc, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Versoc.

Versoc makes lyric videos, karaoke videos, lyric timing files and other results from songs and lyrics you provide.

Results are made automatically and may contain mistakes. Please check them before you rely on them. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Versoc, and at least 18 to buy a paid plan.

Give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

You keep ownership of the songs, lyrics and other material you upload.

You confirm that you own that material or have permission to use it, and to make and share the results you create from it.

You give us permission to store, copy and process your material to provide, run and improve Versoc.

Do not use Versoc to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including copyright;
• upload anything unlawful or harmful, such as malware;
• interfere with Versoc, get around its security or usage limits, or access it in ways we do not allow;
• resell or share access to Versoc without our permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

• Versoc Pro is a monthly subscription. It renews automatically every month until you cancel it.
• A one-song purchase (a song credit) is a one-time payment for one song. It does not renew.

Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment processor.

You can cancel Versoc Pro at any time from your account page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, and it does not renew.

Pro: 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with Pro, ask within 30 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full. A refund of your latest payment ends Pro straight away.

One-song purchase: you can get a refund as long as it has not been used.

If you believe something on Versoc infringes your copyright, email contactkoinei@gmail.com with the work you believe is infringed, the material you believe infringes it (with enough detail for us to find it), and your contact details.

Versoc is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We do not promise that Versoc will always be available or free of errors, or that its results will be accurate.

As far as the law allows, Versoc is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Versoc after a change, you accept the new terms.
