• Account information, such as your email address. If you sign in with a third-party account such as Google, we also receive basic profile details from it, such as your name and profile picture.
• Your content: the songs, lyrics and other files you upload, and the results we make from them.
• Payment information: payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not see your full card number. We receive details such as what you bought and when.
• Usage information: how you use Versoc, such as the pages you visit and the features you use, and information about your device and browser.
• Server logs: technical information our servers record when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time.

We use cookies and similar technologies to make Versoc work, for example to keep you signed in, and to understand how it is used.

We use Google Analytics and Hotjar to understand how people use Versoc and to improve it. They use cookies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how you use them (Hotjar can record clicks, scrolling and mouse movements) and your device and browser. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services.

Pages that offer sign-in with Google load Google's sign-in button from Google. When the button loads, Google receives information such as your IP address and browser details, and Google may set its own cookie on versoc.com, whether or not you use the button.

• to provide, run and improve Versoc, including processing your songs and making your results;
• to process payments;
• to send you emails about your account, such as sign-in and password emails;
• to keep Versoc secure and prevent misuse;
• to answer your questions and give support.

We share information with service providers that help us run Versoc, such as providers of hosting, song processing, payments, email and analytics.

We may also share information when the law requires it.
